  • DESCRIPTION
Nicrobraz® 125 is ideal for use in a variety of applications. It produces high-strength joints needed for high temperature and severe stress conditions. Oxidation and corrosion resistance are excellent. Nicrobraz 125 is suitable for joining turbine blades, jet engine parts, highly stressed sheet metal structures, and assemblies subject primarily to corrosive conditions.
    TYPES
    Nickel
    WCC
  • DESCRIPTION
Nicrobraz® 130 permits the use of deeper joints with closer fit-up in the design of fuel nozzles, thermocouple harnesses, and similar stainless assemblies in military and commercial applications involving high service temperatures. It is a free-flowing filler metal, ideal for use wherever minimal clearance joints are necessary.
    TYPES
    Nickel
    WCC
  • DESCRIPTION
Nicrobraz 135 is a free-flowing Brazing Filler Metal which has a wide melting range and produces low diffusion with most base metals. It makes large, ductile, easy-to-machine fillets in joints of varying fit-up.
    TYPES
    Nickel
    WCC
  • DESCRIPTION
Nicrobraz® 30 filler metals are ideal for joining components used in many high temperature, highstress applications. The filler metals’ oxidation resistance and strength are equal to the best hightemperature service filler metals. The filler metals flow freely, and have low diffusion and low erosion characteristics at a brazing temperature of 1190°C (2175°F).
    TYPES
    Nickel
    WCC
  • DESCRIPTION
Nicrobraz® LC is a specially formulated low-carbon filler metal. Carbide precipitation is less in joints brazed with Nicrobraz LC, making it ideal for applications where corrosion is the major service problem. It is also satisfactory for liquid metals applications.
    TYPES
    Nickel
    WCC
  • DESCRIPTION
Nicrobraz® LM is a low-melting, free-flowing filler metal providing excellent strength, oxidation resistance and color match with stainless steels and superalloys. It requires lower brazing temperatures than other high-temperature service filler metals and has good flow and diffusion characteristics.
    TYPES
    Nickel
    WCC
