Wall Colmonoy Limited will be joining the UK metals and manufacturing community at UK Metals Expo 2026, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 4–5 November 2026.
Bringing together organisations from across the metals supply chain, UK Metals Expo provides an opportunity for manufacturers, engineers and industry specialists to connect, share knowledge and explore the latest developments in metals, materials and advanced manufacturing.
With nearly 90 years of metallurgical expertise, Wall Colmonoy develops and manufactures high-performance alloys, precision castings, coatings and engineered components for customers across a wide range of demanding industries, including aerospace, automotive, energy and oil & gas.
Our capabilities include the manufacture of Colmonoy® nickel-based surfacing alloys, Nicrobraz® brazing alloys and Wallex® cobalt-based alloys, alongside precision investment castings, machining, coatings and specialist manufacturing processes.
Wall Colmonoy’s hardfacing alloys protect critical equipment against wear, corrosion and high temperatures, helping to restore worn components, extend service life and reduce the need for replacement parts. Our brazing alloys provide strong, reliable joints for demanding assemblies, while our additive manufacturing powders are engineered to deliver consistent performance.
We also manufacture cast and fully machined precision components, including parts produced at our new Vacuum Precision Investment Casting (VPIC) facility in Pontardawe, Wales, one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
By combining metallurgical expertise with advanced manufacturing capabilities, we work closely with customers to improve component performance, extend service life and develop solutions for complex engineering applications.
